Welcome to Sound of Maple & Bamboo.
Here, skill levels are not compared, and passions have no limits. You don't need to master music theory or possess extraordinary technique — as long as you have a heartfelt passion for music, you are welcome to join this never-ending musical journey.
Since its founding, Sound of Maple & Bamboo has been steadily operating for over a year, with more than 150 members. Our community is inclusive and diverse, with a rich spectrum of talent: from seasoned professionals with deep expertise who guide and inspire, to enthusiastic beginners starting from scratch and chasing their dreams alongside us.
We are an online music cooperative with a flexible and free creative model: members can spontaneously initiate collaboration projects, independently select repertoire, and freely form ensembles — free from the constraints of physical time and space, and unrestricted by skill level. Our repertoire is eclectic; we have successfully performed JPOP, JROCK, wind ensemble works, and more, accumulating mature experience in online ensemble performance, multi-track recording, and post-production mixing.
Moving forward, building upon our existing creative foundation and with the participation and co-creation of every fellow music lover, we will continue to expand our stylistic boundaries, explore new musical territories, and build an online music exchange platform that is highly flexible, deeply inclusive, and professionally capable.
